Return Process

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
